솔비탄지방산에스테르는비교적 친유성이큰 유화제로서 친유성의W/O 유화에적합한 계면활성제 입니다. 독성이적어서 식품, 산업, 화장품 및의약품 분야에서 광범위하게 사용되고 있습니다.
